“We have used both the loan boxes and school workshop service from SOFO and I cannot express how brilliant both were at bringing learning to life for the children in my class.  The children were fascinated by the loan box, trying to guess what each item was and enthusiastically handling the artefacts.  At the museum they were able to spend time in a mock WW1 trench as well as participate in role play, handling artefacts and exploring the museum.  The cost was very reasonable, and I would recommend the museum's services to any school exploring these topics.  The site is easy to get to and the museum can arrange parking….  The museum is easy to navigate with excellent facilities for children…”.
