Perry Chapman
Perry Jansen Chapman's most recent work took six months of research and sculpting to produce this set of three limited edition figurines that celebrate the formation of The Rifles in 2007.
Perry has used his sculptural talents to combine his love of military history and his empathy for the common soldier. His years of sculpting and his time in the army have been well spent as they have afforded him an understanding of how to illustrate "the man on the ground". These aren't soldiers dressed for parade, they are "battle weary veterans" engaging in combat, fighting for King and Country.
Perry has dedicated these sculptures to the memory of his brother Shaun, and he has pledged to donate a percentage of the profits to Care for Casualties and Leukaemia Research.
