OBLI Battle Honours

Battle Honours of the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry

Battle honours are awarded as official acknowledgement of a regiment's Red flag with Nivelle and 43achievements in specific wars or operations of a military campaign.

The battle honours below were awarded to the 43rd, the 52nd, then the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry up until their amalgamation in 1958 into the Green Jackets Brigade.

Regiments inherit battle honours, so these ones are still carried by The Rifles, the regiment into which the Royal Green Jackets was in turn amalgamated.

The honours are shown chronologically.
